How to get help
Write to [email protected] from the email address on your Cent account, and tell us what you were trying to do. We reply within two business days, Monday through Friday.
If your question is about a company workspace, include the workspace name so we can route it to the right approver or admin.

Does Cent pay me back?
No. Cent never moves money. It prepares a balanced expense package and tells your employer where to send a reimbursement; your employer pays through its own payroll or accounts-payable system.
Is Cent available on Android or the web?
Not yet. Cent is iOS only at launch.
Can I use Cent without location access?
Yes. Manual mileage entry works fully with location permission denied. When you do grant it, Cent records precise location only between when you start and stop a trip — there is no background tracking.
How do I connect Claude or ChatGPT?
In account settings, under AI connections. You choose what it can read, and you can revoke the connection at any time. It cannot sign or submit anything on your behalf, and it never sees your banking details.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Cancel anytime in your App Store subscription settings. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
