Cent is built by ASIP Technologies, Inc. to turn an employee's receipts and mileage into a balanced, accountant-ready reimbursement package — a PDF that cross-foots, with every line traceable to its evidence.
Most expense tools stop at scanning a receipt. That is the easy part now. The harder part is what happens after: the detail lines, category subtotals, mileage and amount due have to actually agree, and someone has to be able to trust that they do without rebuilding the report themselves. That reconciliation is what we build for.
Cent works for two kinds of people. Individuals who need to submit expenses to an employer can start on their own — self-serve, verified email, a 30-day free trial. Companies can run an employer-controlled workspace with policy, approvers and an accounting handoff. A person can hold a private workspace and one or more company workspaces at the same time.
One thing we don't do
Cent never moves money. There is no payout, no wallet, no balance, no transfer, and none is planned. Banking details exist only so an employee can tell their employer where to send a reimbursement — the employer pays through its own payroll or accounts-payable system, outside Cent.
AI, supervised
You can connect your own Claude or ChatGPT account to Cent to read your expenses within scopes you grant, and you can revoke that connection at any time. Every field an AI extracts from a receipt is confirmed by a person before it is finalised — nothing ships unsupervised.
