Request deletion of your account
How to request it
In the Cent app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm. You can also email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We confirm receipt within two business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.
What is removed
Your profile, login credentials, private receipts and expense records, mileage trips, signature and certification records, and reimbursement instructions tied to your personal account.
What is retained, and why
If you belong to a company workspace, the expense records you submitted there are the employer's records, not yours to delete on their behalf. Company-controlled financial records may be retained after your access is removed, for as long as your employer's policy or the law requires — deleting your personal account does not erase them.
We may also retain limited records where we are required to for accounting, audit, fraud-prevention or legal-compliance reasons, for no longer than necessary for that purpose.
How long it takes
Deletion of your personal account data completes within 30 days of a confirmed request. Records we are legally required to retain follow the retention periods described in our privacy policy.
